Products offered for sale and services available on Dorothy Lee, LLC are for personal use only, not for re-sale, unless purchased on an approved wholesale account. We gladly accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of your receipt.
All returns require an RMA, (return merchandise authorization) number. To obtain an RMA, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must include the following in your email:
- Your order #
- Your name
- Item being returned
- Reason for return
Once you have received your RMA, be sure that it is clearly marked on the outside of your return package. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. Shipping charges must be pre-paid otherwise the return will be refused.
In order to receive a refund, your product(s) MUST be returned in new, "sellable" condition, unused with tags, labels and seals attached; and in original packaging. Return package must be taped securely with all original documents. Merchandise returned without an RMA will be refused. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit/debit card, if applicable.
After receiving your return, all items will be inspected to insure that the products are in returnable condition. If the item is approved for a return, we will refund your credit/debit card for the cost of the item(s) less shipping. No returns will be accepted after 30 calendar days of your receipt. The customer assumes full responsibility for any return shipping. Please allow 5-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s) to process your return.
Exchanging an item with us is easy. Simply email our returns department at email@example.com for an RMA# (return merchandise authorization). You must include the following in your email:

- Your name
- Item being returned
- Reason for exchange
Once you have received your RMA# from our returns department, you can do one of two things in order to process your exchange. 1) You may reorder the replacement items online, or 2) You may chat with us online to place your order. We will ship your replacement order immediately, (if stock is available) and credit you for your returned items once they are received in our warehouse. Your credit card statement will reflect a credit for your returned item(s) and a charge for your new item(s). We will process the credit for your returned items immediately after arrival and inspection. Please allow 3-7 business days before the credit appears on your account for your returned items.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges. We will refund your credit/debit card for the cost of the item(s) less shipping. Your replacement item(s) will also be charged shipping as well.

If while tracking your package(s) you find that your item has been delivered, we recommend that you check with:
In some cases, packages are occasionally left with a building manager, or placed somewhere safe such as your porch, garage, or sometimes behind bushes. If we conclude that your delivery date is outside of our estimated time of arrival, we will begin a trace with the shipping carrier in an attempt to locate your package. Please allow 5-7 business days for the carrier to perform a trace. If the package can not be found, we will either send a replacement, or issue a refund. As soon as the trace is complete, we will send you a notification via email.
In rare cases some of our customers may receive damaged packages. Please DO NOT return damaged packages to DorothyLee.com because the carrier is responsible for any damage caused by shipping. Please contact us by email at email@example.com or chat with us online within 3 days of receiving a damaged package. We will contact the carrier and file a damage claim immediately. We will arrange for the carrier to collect the damaged package(s). Please leave the items in the original condition in which they were delivered to you. You will need to save all boxes and packing materials for inspection by the freight carrier. We will ship replacement items to you immediately after the claim has been completed with the carrier. The claim process can take 5-7 business days to resolve. We try to our best to make this unforeseen circumstance as simple as possible.
We are committed to selling first-quality clothing and accessories. We do not sell factory seconds. We employ quality checks before an item leaves our warehouse, however; if you receive a defective product we must be notified within 3 days of delivery, during which time we will replace defective items at no additional charge to you.
