• All U.S. Standard Ground orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days;
• All Next Day and 2nd Day orders placed before 11:00 am CST will ship the same day. Next Day and 2nd Day orders placed after 11:00 am CST will ship the following business day.
• Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your package(s); however, this estimate is based solely on our carriers and should not be considered as a guaranteed delivery schedule.
• DorothyLee.com will not be liable for delayed shipments or for any damages incurred by reason of delivery delays.
• DorothyLee.com reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier that we feel will offer the best delivery of your package(s).

Back Ordered/Out of Stock Items
In some rare instances, a purchased item may be backordered. In this case we always give our customers the option to:

1. Wait until the entire order is available before shipping.
2. Ship in stock item(s) and be partially refunded for out of stock item(s).
3. Choose another style or color.
4. Be fully refunded.
