Do you need to cancel or change an order that has not yet entered the shipping process?
Email Customer Support at info@dorothylee.com, or call us at 866-992-3664 with your name and order number as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
Why was tax added to my order?
If your order is being SHIPPED to an address in the state of Missouri, you will be charged the appropriate sales tax percentage for the state. If your order is being shipped to an address outside of Missouri, no sales tax will be added to your order.
Are you missing an item? In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock at different distribution centers, we may have split your order into multiple shipments, if this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized. Did you receive a packing slip noting that part of you order is on backorder?
If our supply of a particular product that you have purchased is low, and another customer purchases the last of that remaining product shortly before you do, you may still be able to purchase the item; however, during the processing of your order we may discover that the item is out of stock. In this rare occasion we will immediately ship the portion of your purchase that is readily available, and ship the backordered item(s) once in stock, at no additional charge to you.
