Why did I receive an email stating that an item that I have purchased is out of stock?
If our supply of a particular product is low and another customer purchases the last of that remaining product shortly before you do, you may be able to purchase the item, however; during the processing of your order we may discover that the item is out of stock; and in this rare occasion, Customer Support will contact you with an expected date that we will have your product(s) in stock. In this instance you can decide if you would rather&...1) Wait until the item is back in stock. 2) Accept a different color/product. 3) Receive a full refund.

How do I cancel my order?

Why was sales tax added to my order?
If your order is being SHIPPED to an address in the state of Missouri, you will be charged the appropriate sales tax percentage for the state. If your order is being shipped to an address outside of Missouri, no sales tax will be added to your order.

How will I know if my order has been received?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email at the email address provided. The confirmation will contain your order number, shipping address and a detailed description of the item(s) purchased. You will also receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped, along with your tracking number.
