We've done our best to make shopping with DorothyLee.com simple and easy; however, we do understand that not everyone is comfortable shopping online. So let us walk you through the steps to place an order with us. Method of Payments We Accept
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, E-check, and PayPal

We also accept personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders.

Follow these steps if paying by Paypal

  1. Place your items in the cart
  2. You can click the gray "PayPal Express" checkout button, (this will take you directly to Paypal to finish your order), or click the "check-out" button and enter all of your shipping/billing information.
  3. Select Paypal from the dropdown at the bottom of the check out screen.
  4. Click "checkout", (this will forward you to "Paypal" to complete your order).
  5. Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirming your order.

Follow these steps if paying by Credit Card

  1. Place your items in the cart.
  2. Click the checkout button.
  3. Enter all of your shipping/billing information.
  4. Select "Credit Card" from the dropdown at the bottom of the checkout screen.
  5. Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirming your order.

Follow these steps if paying by Check/Money Order

  1. Place your items in the cart.
  2. Click the checkout button.
  3. Enter all of your shipping/billing information.
  4. Select "Check/Money Order" from the dropdown at the bottom of the checkout screen.
  5. Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirming your order.
  6. Write your order number on your check or money order.
  7. Write and mail your check or money order to:

Orders made by check or money order will be shipped once your payment has cleared. If a check or money order payment has not been received within 15 days, your order will be cancelled.

Delivery Time
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 5 - 7 business days in order to receive your package(s). To check the status of your order, visit our website at www.dorothylee.com, and then click on the Track Your Order link. Some of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers; therefore if you order multiple items, you may receive your order in multiple shipments. If you require a rush order, please call us toll-free at 866-992-3664 to discuss special arrangements.

Shipping
Dorothy Lee uses UPS Ground for most shipping. On rare occasions we may use USPS or FedEx. If you desire a more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases. There is an additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd day air.

Sales Tax
Sales tax of 7.425% will be assessed on orders that are shipped to the state of Missouri.
