RETURN POLICY/PROCESS


We gladly accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of your receipt.

All returns require an RMA, (return merchandise authorization) number. To obtain an RMA, simply email us at rma@dorothylee.com. You must include the following in your email:

  • Your order #
  • Your name
  • Item being returned
  • Reason for return
Once you have received your RMA, be sure that it is clearly marked on the outside of your return package. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. Shipping charges must be pre-paid otherwise the return will be refused.

In order to receive a refund, your product(s) MUST be returned in new, "sellable" condition, unused with tags, labels and seals attached; and in original packaging. Return package must be taped securely with all original documents. Merchandise returned without an RMA will incur a 10% restocking fee. Merchandise received after 30 days of your receipt will be refused.  Refunds will only be issued to the original credit/debit card, if applicable.  Note: We cannot accept retunts on embroidered or heat transfer products unless the items are found to be defective.

After receiving your return, all items will be inspected to insure that the products are in returnable condition. If the item is approved for a return, we will refund your credit/debit card for the cost of the item(s) less shipping. No returns will be accepted after 30 calendar days of your receipt. The customer assumes full responsibility for any return shipping. Please allow 5-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s) to process your return.

Please note that returned items purchased under our shipping promotion will have the actual cost of shipping deducted from the refund.
