Once you have received your RMA, be sure that it is clearly marked on the outside of your return package. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. Shipping charges must be pre-paid otherwise the return will be refused.
In order to receive a refund, your product(s) MUST be returned in new, "sellable" condition; unused and completely free of stains and perfume/deodorant smells with tags, labels and seals attached. If your return is not sent back in the condition in which it was sent to you, there will be no refund given and the merchandise will be refused and mailed back to you at your cost OR you will be subject to a 50% handling fee.
Your return package should be sealed securely. All return merchandise will incur a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise received after 7 days of your receipt will be refused. Refunds will be issued to the original credit/debit card, if applicable.
After receiving your returned merchandise, all items will be througly inspected to insure that the products are in returnable condition. If the item(s) is/are approved for a return, we will refund your credit/debit card for the merchandise cost minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns or exchanges. No returns will be accepted after 7 calendar days of your receipt. The customer assumes full responsibility for any return shipping. Please allow 5 - 7 business days of receipt to process your return.
Note: All closeout clothing and accessories are final sales. No returns or exchanges wil be accepted.
