We accept exchanges within 30 calendar days of your receipt. Simply email our returns department at rma@dorothylee.com for an RMA # (return merchandise authorization). You must include the following in your email:

• Your order #
• Your name
• Item being returned
• Reason for exchange

You can do one of two things in order to process your exchange. 1) You may reorder the replacement items online, or 2) You may contact Customer Support at 866-968-6111 to place your order by phone. We will ship your replacement order immediately, (if stock is available) and credit you for your returned items once they are received in our warehouse. Your credit card statement will reflect a credit for your returned item(s) and a charge for your new item(s). We will process the credit for your returned items immediately after arrival and inspection. Please allow 5-7 business days before the credit appears on your account for your returned item

Once you receive your RMA# please note the reason for the exchange on the back of your packing slip. Enclose your packing slip with the item(s) and ship to:

Please be sure to write your RMA# on the outside label of the return shipping carton. Any package not displaying an RMA# may be refused, or will incur a 10% restocking penalty.

You items must be returned in new, "sellable" condition, unused with tags, labels and seals attached. Your return package should be sealed securely.

Merchandise received after 30 days of your receipt will be refused.

*The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) to us. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges. We will refund your credit/debit card for the merchandise cost only. Shipping costs will not be refunded on exchanges or refunds. Your replacement item(s) will also be charged shipping as well.

Note: All closeout clothing and accessories are final sales. No returns or exchanges wil be accepted.
