You can do one of two things in order to process your exchange. 1) You may reorder the replacement items online, or 2) You may chat with us online to place your order. We will ship your replacement order immediately, (if stock is available) and credit you for your returned items once they are received in our warehouse. Your credit card statement will reflect a credit for your returned item(s) and a charge for your new item(s). We will process the credit for your returned items immediately after arrival and inspection. Please allow 5-7 business days before the credit appears on your account for your returned item
Please be sure to write your RMA# on the outside label of the return shipping carton. Any package not displaying an RMA# may be refused, or will incur a 10% restocking penalty.
In order to receive a refund, your product(s) MUST
be returned in new, "sellable" condition; unused and completely free of stains and perfume/deodorant smells with tags, labels and seals attached. If your return is not sent back in the condition in which it was sent to you, there will be no refund given and the merchandise will be refused and mailed back to you at your cost OR you will be subject to a 50% handling fee.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. Your return package should be sealed securely.Merchandise received after 7 days of your receipt will be refused.
*The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) to us. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges. We will refund your credit/debit card for the merchandise cost only. Shipping costs will not be refunded on exchanges or refunds. Your replacement item(s) will also be charged shipping as well.Note: All closeout clothing and accessories are final sales. No returns or exchanges wil be accepted.
