There are no minimum order requirements on our embroidery services. We have a 12 piece minimum on our screen-printing services. Quantity discounts apply to embroidery and screen-printing services.

DorothyLee.com will provide a single sew-out of your design for your approval. Pricing for additional sew-out designs will be based on the number of stitches contained in the design. For your final design, we recommend you specify the color number(s) found in the thread color chart below.

Name Personalization - $6.00 each, (No Minimum).

Additional Stitches - add $0.40 per item per thousand stitches.

Specialty Treads - add $0.50 per piece, (Metallic, Puff).

Digitizing - $10.00 per thousand stitches.

Delivery - 10 - 14 business days after design approval.

Special Embroidery Considerations

*Because headwear is embroidered on a special fixture, it requires a setup separate from other items. For this reason, headwear cannot be combined with other items for quantity pricing. Also, a design for items other than headwear usually calls for a different sized design. If you order headwear plus other items, we will generally prepare two (2) designs - one for the headwear and another for the other items.

Flash Charge - add $0.35 per piece.

Dark Garments - add a Flash Charge plus additional imprint color for white underlay.

Color Change - $15.00 each.

PMS Match - $15.00 each.

Specialty Inks - add $0.40 per piece, (Puff, Neon, Metallic).

Printed Fleece - add $0.30 per piece.

Printing above or on the pocket and sleeve - add $0.30 per piece.

Artwork -

Camera-Ready art supplied: No Charge

Typeset Only: $35.00 per hour

Original Art/Color Seperations: $70.00 per hour

Delivery - 10 - 14 business days after design approval.

If you intend to have several of our products embellished, we strongly suggest that you purchase at least one of the items that you intend to have customized to determine if the material is to your liking. We cannot accept returns of custom embroidered or heat transfer items unless the product or services are found to be defective.
